“Studies found that less than 10% of effectively forumulated strategies carry through to successful implementation.” 1

MLC Strategy Group was created to address that very problem. Our company is the dream of an Architect and a CPA who have seen many companies lose their way for lack of a strategic plan that encompasses not only their business strategy but also their facilities strategy. Most business strategies have a people component and a facilities component, however, many executive teams do not have the expertise to consider specialized facilities issues when making decisions to downsize, acquire a company, add a product/service line or expand internationally. We are helping clients develop clear, actionable strategic plans which incorporate the two biggest expenses in their companies – their people and their spaces. In today’s economy, many businesses are making reactive decisions to cut costs and staff while trying to maintain market share, product quality, and customer service. Decisions to move and downsize staff are usually long term and very expensive. A strategic plan which includes a Strategic Facilities component, helps a company consider the unexpected scenarios they might face and proactively offer solutions. Decisions then can be made quickly and effectively, reducing corporate stress and expense. Does your company have a facilities component to executing its Vision?

“We exist to help companies envision and create a better future.” MLC
